The moment I saw this on the TIFF line-up, my first thought was: they could not have chosen a more provocative title for this. Of course it's a documentary about the war on drugs, I don't even need to tell you that! But what makes this one different? "How To Make Money Selling Drugs" gives us a satirical glimpse into the lives of those on both sides of the "war on drugs," delivering a diverse and unique perspective through interviews with people like 50 Cent, Eminem, Arianna Huffington, and infamous drug kingpin "Freeway" Rick Ross. This is the directorial debut of former tech exec Matthew Cooke, who also edited the award winning doc Deliver Us from Evil.
