New Trailer for 'On the Road' Gives Jack Kerouac a Good Beat

On the Road Trailer
Earlier this month a new trailer from the UK premiered for Walter Salles' adaptation of "On the Road", based on Jack Kerouac's book of the same name. It gave us a different look at the film than the trailer released in March that preceded the Cannes premiere. Now a new trailer has come along that's unlike anything we've seen for the film before. It actually feels like a more upbeat version of the original teaser for P.T. Anderson's The Master and gets me really interested to see how the story plays out following Sal Paradise (Sam Riley) on a cross country journey with Garrett Hedlund and more. Watch the trailer!

Here's the new trailer for Walter Salles' "On the Road" originally from Yahoo:

On the Road, directed by Walter Salles (The Motorcycle Diaries, Dark Water), written by Jose Rivera based on Jack Kerouac's book, tells the story of Sal Paradise (Sam Riley), who sets off on a cross country journey expressing the restless energy and desire for freedom that makes people rush out to see the world. Garrett Hedlund plays Sal's friend Dean, who inspires him to see America, while Kristen Stewart plays his on-again-off-again wife Marylou. Viggo Mortensen, Amy Adams, Kirsten Dunst, Elisabeth Moss, Alice Braga and more also star in the film which is slated to hit theaters later this winter on December 21st. Good?
