Just recently, before The Amazing Spider-Man hit theaters, frequently featured editor Kees van Dijkhuizen Jr. delivered a retrospective video looking back at all three of Sam Raimi's Spider-Man films. Now he's looking back at another epic franchise that has been part of our lives fr the past 11 years with Mischief Managed, a retrospective of all eight of the Harry Potter films starring with Sorcerer's Stone and going all the way to Deathly Hallows: Part II. Using scenes from every films and sampling bits of the score from various composers, it's great to relive the journey of The Boy Who Lived all over again.

Though it could stand to be a little shorter, it's hard to pay proper tribute to eight films without an extended compilation of clips. For me, one of the more amazing aspects of this franchise has been seeing Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint grow up on the big screen and really become Harry, Hermione and Ron. If this franchise is ever remade, it will be very hard to see a new group of kids step into the roles (though something like that is inevitable). Van Dijkhuizen edited this sequence using the Blu-Ray discs from the Harry Potter Wizard's Collection which hits shelves on September 7th. It's quite an epic set.
